External Site content not updating in the console

Dear gurús,

I’ve found the current external site versions are all obsolete in my BigFix console and not updating as expected.
The http://sync.bigfix.com/cgi-bin/bfgather/bessecurity, for example is 4412 but the locally loaded is 4394.
I can access the above URL from the console’s browser with no problem and also some .FXF pages.

The BESRelay.log file looks clean of recent errors.

I’m puzzled. What I might be doing wrong?
