Export web reports from old server to new server

We are planning to migrate Bigfix from old server to a new server.
Please let me know the process how we can export web reports from existing server to a new one.

Will the new BigFix Server maintain the same license? (i.e. is it simply a hardware migration, or is it an actual BigFix server migration)
