After further investigate to why some ILMT fixlet such as Install VM Manager Tool action is not relevant to BigFix server, it is due to this “exists running service “BESRootServer”” check returning transcode or unicode error message. I tested it relevance statement using the BigFix Debugger Tool and it returned such error as well.
Does anyone know how to fix this error? Thanks.
