Evaluation installation

Hi. Just wondering if there is something that I did wrong during an install using “evaluation”.

I had expected to see, at the least, the “BigFix Management” area. However, all I can see is “All Content”.

Site gather issue (bessupport)

Hello I cannot complete the installation of a new 9.5.5 bigfix for 2 weeks. (I tried it 5 times in different environments.) After installation, bessupport cannot be gathered. When I choose evaluation mode, all other sites can be gathered except bessupport. if I select production mode, bessupport should be gathered succesfully first, but it cannot be done. this is the error that I get on every try. this is the vm on my laptop. I tried with win2012 and win2016. I tried it at different locations…
