Inviting in @jgstew based on our previous discussion of whether ftp protocol is still usable in downloads at Download urls via FTP?
Interesting… The Primary Default action used ftp:// but the second action uses http://
and a totally different url.
This is an official fixlet and would need to be re-issued.
In the mean time, Im going to copy it and edit it accordingly.
