Error when trying to push Tivoli Single Sign On Agent

Hi,

We’re getting the following in the BES client log when trying to push a package to certian machines. I am going to be turning up the tracing level on one of these agents to see if I can get more detail. Can anyone tell me what this error means? I’m assuming the (2) is the return code. “Command failed (Thread execution failed (2)) wait run.bat (fixlet 14883)”

This has worked on other machines but it seems that every one is failing now with the same error. I see the SWD download location is 127.0.0.1, not sure if that’s right or if the client is just pulling it from a download folder after it’s been transfered to the client machine.

I think the error you are getting is error # 2 and if this is correct, net helpmsg 2 returns: “The system cannot find the file specified.”

Maybe the call should have been wait “__Download\run.bat” or possibly wait cmd /c “__Download\run.bat”
