I just signed up for the BigFix SaaS free trial, and on my first login it asked me to change the temporary password.
Even though my new password meets all the listed rules (length, upper/lower case, number, special character, and match), I keep getting this message:
“Unknown error, please try again.”
I tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, and even waited for a while, but the same error appears every time.
Has anyone else faced this issue during the trial setup or found a workaround?
It is a known issue in this release, that if you specify the first-time-logon password incorrectly, you are directed to the password change screen but will not be able to change password or continue login from there.
Check that your initial password is correct - your password for BigFix SaaS Remediate is not the same as your HCLMarketplace account, and will come from a separate confirmation email.
