Error on Operating System Information (Windows) analysis

when looking at the computer properties, I am seeing the following:

Operating System Information (Windows)

Full Operating System Name and Service Pack Level - Windows The expression could not be evaluated: Windows Error: unknown error 0x80070003

OS Installation Date - Windows The expression could not be evaluated: Windows Error: unknown error 0x80070003

I am waiting to get access to the server so that I can take a better look, but no idea how long that will take. Has anyone seen this before?

There are a few other fields such as Computer Serial Number and Domain/Workgroup - Windows

That sounds like an issue with “dubya em aye” (WMI). This link appears to have some details on how to troubleshoot and repair the WMI components: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/repairwmi.htm

That was my thought also. I will have to wait till I can get access and take a look see.
