Error occurs when querying Excel Connector

Hello

I am extracting the necessary data through the Excel Connector.
I am currently using office2019.
In a specific program, an error occurs with the same content as the attached picture.
What should I check?

Looks like you are running the current version. We do not support excel 2019 however.

Requirements

BigFix 9.x, 10.x.
.NET Framework 4.5.2
It works with Excel 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, and 2016.
Platform Support As Is - Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 2008 R2, Windows 8, Windows 2012 R2 on 32 and 64-bit variants, Windows 10
