One thing to keep in mind is that clients can be reporting directly to the main server by many different names. They could be reporting their relay as “Main BES Server”, “BES Root Server”, the DNS name of the server and possible capitalization differences of that, and the IP address of the server. These numbers are all added together to find how many computers are directly reporting to the server.
Where are you going to see that 520 clients are connected to the main server?
It definitely looks like you’re correct and it shouldn’t be failing.
Does the other health checks for Number of Clients per BES Relay and Number of Relays on Main BES Server appear to have the correct numbers?
Have you tried refreshing the dashboard or clearing the console cache?
Maybe support can help further diagnose if something is wrong or help find what’s causing the relevance to report the wrong number of clients?
Or you can look at breaking down the relevance that is getting that number to see which part is causing clients to look like they’re reporting to the main server.
Number of Clients per BES Relay is good (less then 1000)
and Number of Relays on Main BES Server is good also (9 realys in my environment)
I’ve tried refreshing the dashboard clearing the console cache and connect directly to the database
how do i see the relevance ?
i’ve tried doing right click on the health checks but i only got is the HTML source code (which doesn’t include the fixlet name or at least i didn’t saw)
