In some of the computers when I try to install the bigfix client error comes. Running the besremoval tool also doesn’t help. even after running the tool and restarting the machine same error comes.
In one of the comps even after running the besremoval tool for removing relay it still shows in console as relay installed. I have tried many times to remove it from registrty also but it is not working.
all the comps have win xp installed and file system is fat32.
From your picture, I can see that the setup.inx file is 0 bytes. This appears to be the source of the error because the setup.inx file is the compiled installer code and it is supposed to be somewhere around 230 KB.
I am guessing that this is a copy error of some sort when you moved the BES Client installer to a different computer. Check the original BES Client installer folder to get the appropriate full installation files. Perhaps also make sure that the computers have enough disk space to install.
