Error in installation of bigfix 9.5.2.56 trial version

Hello,

I update my lab environment to windows server 2012 data center and using sql server 2012 standard edition.
I install a trail version of bigfix 9.5.2.56 from installation generator provide on bigfix download center.

Every thing was fine but at the end, error pop’s up : class INVALIDMIMEData After pressing ok, installation completes, but when i opened bigfix console only three sites are showing.

On server diagnostic following errors are generated

Can any one tell me how can i able to get all those 39 sites which are available in trial version.

The issue may be intermittent or your site may have a proxy or other whitelist needed for your location. You should confirm from the server that you can reach all of these sites

hi ,
i have turned my firewall also turned off the proxy. even after that i am not able to ping above address you mentioned and still getting above error @AlanM. what should i do?

You may not be able to ping them as they may protect from that.

From the machine you installed the server on, use a web browser and attempt to hit the following URL

http://sync.bigfix.com/cgi-bin/bfgather/bessupport

If you can’t get a response then you won’t be able to fetch with the server either and you need to get at least that part working.
