Hi all

We are getting the following error in most of the computers," The expression could not be evaluated: Windows Error: unknown error 0x8004101d",while reading the following computer properties as follows

CD-ROM - Windows

Computer Manufacturer

Computer Model

Disk Drives

Identifying Number

Laptop - Windows

Monitor - Windows

Screen Resolution - Windows

Sound Device - Windows

Video Controller - Windows

Domain/Workgroup - Windows

Full Operating System Name and Service Pack Level - Windows

Can any one suggest regarding this…

Hi Shiva,

All these properties rely on the Windows WMI Service.

I search the net and found a Microsoft article about diagnosing WMI issues.

Maybe you can give this a try to see if it uncovers anything with the computer.
