Error After Console Installation

We have built brand new Windows 2012 R2 Standard 64 bit OS.

We have installed the 9.2 Server module, installed the Console and the client, attempted to access the console, failed and then rebooted.

The error we are receiving

“BESconsole.exe - Application Error”

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000364). Click OK to close the application.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

There is a diagnostic tool that is run as apart of installation. Did it give you all passing marks? You should be able to run it again.
