when i am trying to install the IBM bigfix client in a linux machine with a rite ip configuration and afxm files the installation done successfully but its not reporting to TEM console while checking with the logs its taking loop back address 127.0.0.1 but not the relay ip.
kindly please help me to fix the issue.

Is the BESRelay service running on the same machine?
yes the relay also running in same machine
The BESClient will connect to the Local BES Relay. If the machine is not reporting to the console, it might be possible the BES relay can’t not reach any parent relay neither the BES server. Have you checked connectivity to the parent relay/BES server?
Clients with a local relay or server always use loopback to connect to that other service. The point is valid that the client (which does the parent relay lookup) might be having problems finding a parent relay or is unable to reach the root server directly as that is the final fallback. There is a possibility that the client reports are also being rejected by FillDB
