i have some PCs with win7 and W10.
I am able to use enable privacy option when i remote into W7 PCs by using IBM Manager Remote Control but for W10 PCs option is grayed out. any idea ?

The reason why the Enable Privacy option is grayed out on W10 is that the Windows API used to provide such feature are not working anymore with the new DWM graphic systemem introduced in W8.
We made a prototype which makes use of different APIs to re-implement the same feature.
This will be included in the next release 10 that will be shipped next year. If you need to test this new implementation on your environment please contact the customer support. A test build of the RC target can be provided for this purpose.
