We have an odd request to see if there any way to embed a live link within the BF displayed message on a custom action? Requestor wants the endusers to be able to click on the link when the BF message is displayed.

Not odd at all… it’s an open bug (#44874).
I would recommend logging a
Request for Enhancement (RFE)
if there isn’t one open already on that topic. Be sure to reference the bug number.
