My client is currently using a duo boot pc of win 7 and win XP, when the pc is turn on at XP, is there any possible way to check what is the computer name of the pc at win 7 through Analysis

If it’s a dual boot system, the agent would need to be installed on both win 7 and win XP. It would appear as two separate computers in the console, and you could read the computer name from the computer list in that case.
