What is the current available version of DSS?
I am on 1.2.3.523. Where can I get the Update and Instructions?
Is there a way to tell what catalog I am using?

Hi Lewis,
The current release is TEM SUA 1.3.1.
The software is downloadable via IBM Passport Advantage site.
The version of the catalog is noted in the bottom right side of the TEM SUA browser window.

Jeff,
After 30 minutes I can still not figure out how to even locate the TEM SUA software.
Can someone offer me a navigation map on using the IBM Passport site to find the software.

Hi Johan,
I can’t get into Passport but we have a similar “view” for IBM internal people. Mine looks like the attachment.
Were you able to get to the point where you could see your company’s list of purchased products? I was hoping it would look something like the attachment.

We’ve had similar experiences trying to find TPMfOSD downloads. Needess to say, the IBM support site is a less then ideal experience. I won’t even start on the actual support of the TPMfOSD problem as I don’t want to threadjack. Suffice it to say that we’ve also had lot’s of fun surfing the IBM site for extended periods of time.

Oh, sorry Lewis – in my haste to reply I didn’t look closely at that version number you specified. I’m not aware of a way to distribute old versions of our software. I think there may be license/legal limitations too, especially since that version you’re looking for was branded/licensed BigFix, Inc. Why wouldn’t you just update to the latest version?

Generally I would like to set up a test environment that is at the same version of my production and then upgrade in Test first. Is there documentation on upgrading the DSS Server?
