Downstream encryption - mailboxing

Hi!

It is stated that with Client Mailboxing we can send an encrypted action to any given client, instead of broadcasting it to all clients. A client’s mailbox is implemented as a specialized action site, and each client is automatically subscribed to it.

Is it implemented by default if we use static targeting in Take action window?
Or we need to create custom site and properly configure everything?

Thank you!

Vladimir

Client Mailboxing is automatically used if you are targeting individual computers or entering a list of devices.

My understanding is that the only time client mailboxing is not used is when you dynamically target the action.

In fact, an encrypted action is an action with a secure parameter – when you have a fixlet which utilizes a secure parameter you will have no choice but to use client mailboxing (dynamically target will be disabled).
