Download links no longer working

Hey BigFix,

Sorry if this is misplaced, but I don’t know where to post this or who the proper contact should be.

We’ve been downloading files from:
http://software.bigfix.com/download/tema/cit/2.8.0.4001-20170707-2350/linux-ppcle/wcitinst
http://software.bigfix.com/download/tema/cit/2.8.0.4001-20170707-2350/linux-ppcle/cit.spb
(also the x86 and s390x versions of these files)

Unfortunately these links no longer work. Is the server down, or have the files been moved? Any information is helpful, and again, sorry if this should be posted somewhere else - I can reopen this topic elsewhere if necessary.

I’ve tried switching to https, but still no luck - hits the same error.

The files don’t seem to be hosted on that server anymore…what are they? Maybe we can help you find the new download location or higher version?

@JasonWalker these are software scanner packages for BFI/LMT. I think these versions are deprecated.

@tonyaps Is there some reason you are using out of date software scanner utilities? You should be able to manage and install these packages using BigFix tooling that comes with BFI or LMT. If that is not feasible, you can find the download location(s) in the Action Script of the following Task:

Task ID 1: Install or Upgrade Scanner (9.x.x.x)
