Need to extract some files on specific location through BFArchive tool but getting download error 28, as this method is working with other environment without any issue.
we are good with QNA tool for test this.
it’s failing in console with the same action script use here

Looks like you are using an alias for the download URL. Is that alias valid on the root server itself?
No, there is not alias , I edited bigfix server name in action script and mentioned test Bigfix server after the result.

Ahh - download without the sha1 check does not pre-cache…
Try precache command instead?
