I created a new serial number in BigFix, when I try to download the file, firewall blocked due to some policy. Is there any other way to download the license authorization file for created serial number.
If you follow the instructions here: Step 2 - Requesting a license certificate and creating the masthead, when you get to step #7 you are presented with the option to “save request to a file”.
This will allow you to use another computer that is not as restricted to complete the licensing.
I am not able to download the LicenseAuthorization_X_Create.BESLicenseAuthorization. Is there any other way to download the file from the license portal.
