Does BigFix Work with DB2 Installed on Windows?

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding BigFix and DB2 compatibility. I know that BigFix supports DB2 when installed on Red Hat Enterprise Linux, but I’m wondering:

Can BigFix work with DB2 installed on a Windows server?

If so:

  1. Are there any specific configurations needed to make it work?
  2. Is it officially supported by HCL, or is SQL Server the only option for Windows-based BigFix deployments?
  3. Can DB2 be used as a remote database for a BigFix server running on Windows?

I’d appreciate any insights or documentation references on this topic.

Not supported.

But the reverse is true for 11.x
SQL Server with BigFix on Linux is supported (excluding Insights)
