Documenting Custom Site Relevance and that of associated Automatic Computer Groups

I’m trying to find away to automate pulling configuration information for Custom Sites and the Automatic Computer Groups that are associated with them.

For the Custom Site:

I’d like:

Site Name, Site Type, Site Creator, Site Creation Date, Site Description and Site Domain. And then display the Relevance for Computers Subscribed to the Site.

For the Automatic Computer Groups that have this Custom Site as their site, I’d like:

Computer Group Name, Computer Group Type, Computer Group ID, Computer Group Site
And display the Relevance for members of this group.

Having this as 2 separate reports would make things a lot easier then grabbing the info from the BigFix Console. Of course, as one combined report, I would be even better.

Any ideas on how something like this could be created?
