Distance to BES relay uknown

i have 5 Win2008R2 SP1 servers running TEM client 8.2.1312. The servers were built around the same time and run the same program. However, out of all my TEM clients deployed, these 5 are the only clients that are unable to determine the distance to their BES relays (in the console, the property comes back as “”.

Ping and Tracert from command line work on them from the client to the relay, and the Windows firewall is not enabled. I also completley uninstalled the client and reinstalled it, with no resolution. Any other reccomendations on troubleshooting?

I’ve got this problem on all the clients I’ve updated to version 9. My older clients report the value correctly.

Any solutions yet?

yo tengo la ultima versio y tambien me ocurre, pero en todos los agentes. me pone error : “User-Definied error: unkown”.

I have the latest versions and also happens to me, but for all agents. puts me error: “User-definied error: unkown”
