Any way to display all HIDDEN files or folders in this folder? C:\Program Files\dotnet

Certainly there’s an Analyses for this.

If you mean as in a property via relevance, your could use the hidden property of the file and folder inspectors.

As an example

files whose (hidden of it) of folder "C:\"

folders whose (hidden of it) of folder "C:\"

I think you need to post your code. The only singular expression in the example is folder "c:\"
