Differences between Inventory Sites

Hello,
What is the difference between “BES Inventory and License”, “IBM Software Inventory”, and the “IBM BigFix Inventory v9” sites? Should you subscribe to all three or does one have “all” of the capability of all three of them?

“BES Inventory and License” site which is included in BigFix Lifecycle and BigFix Inventory. This is a “light” inventory site for providing basic hardware/software information about a system.
