Device Driver Installation on Windows 2003

I am having a challange executing the following command line on Windows 2003 with a BigFix action.

C:\Windows\system32\rundll32.exe SETUPAPI.DLL,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 128 C:\windows\options\software\multifactorminidriver\WinXP\entcrypt.inf

I have tried using Dos, Run and Wait commands. I have put it in a batch file, created a cscript, even gone as far as creating a installation package using Wise Script Editor and it does not install the device drivers. The command works perfectly when executed at on the server in a command prompt.

THe action always reports completed but the driver is not installed.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Also this command works perfectly on Windows XP when deployed by BigFix.

You might want to look at PnPUtil
