I have a problem with two machines when running the deployment wizard.
They are in the list and report that a client is running but there is no version number.
Version of other clients = 6.0.21.5

Hey Neil,
This sounds like a permissions issue.
It appears the BES Client Deployment tool can connect remotely to the Service Control Manager, but not to the remote registry. Do you know of any differences in permissions on these computers?
In any event, I wouldn’t worry too much because if an agent is on the computer, you can get the version through a BES property and you won’t need to worry about the deployment tool anymore.
