Deployment runs in 32 or 64 under SYSTEM?

When a task/fixlet/baseline is deployed, the action is being run under SYSTEM using the 32-bits CMD or 64-bits CMD?
It depends on the OS (w7/ w8.1 - both 64 bits) or the BigFix version (9.2.6.94) used?

BigFix uses a 32 bit context in my case.

The BES Client process is a 32 bit process.
