If I uninstall the BigFix Inventory Scanner and then reinstall it, how do I repush the Catalog to the endpoint? It seems like BigFix Inventory only pushes out the Catalog to all computers only after it is manually uploaded into BFI.
Think i found it. on the page /sam/catalog/catalog_updates, there is a info popup:
If the automatic distribution fails or is disabled by an administrator, endpoints on which the catalogs were not updated have the Outdated Catalog status on the Scan Health widget. To distribute the catalogs manually, download the fixlet: Catalog Download Fixlet and move it to the computer where the IBM BigFix console is installed. Import the file to the console and run the fixlet to propagate the catalog to the endpoints. For more information, see: Updating scanner catalogs.
with a link to the BES file to manually import. It would be nice if the fixlet could be imported automatically
