Not a BigFix issue per say but would use BigFix to control.
Has anyone developed a way to prevent users from printing ? I was thinking of setting DENY perms for a specific security group on folder “C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS” …
Not even sure this would work. Grateful for ideas anyone’s willing to share.
Suggest you look at local or AD group policies. It seems there is an entire section devoted to printers.

Got it with with a combination of Powershell and the setprinter,exe, executed by BigFix. All good now, thanks !
