They are just presets of settings for Actions. “Default” sets the “Ends on” time for the action at 2 days from execution and that is it. “Policy” has no “Ends on time” defined and has “Reapply this action” set to “whenever it becomes relevant again” checked. Basically if it is just a one type deal, “Default” is going to meet your needs most of the time. “Policy” is if you want the action to always be enforced. As always though, whenever issuing an action, check every tab before clicking okay to ensure all the settings are as you intend.
