Debug Remote Install for Linux Client

Hi!

We’re trying to install the BF Linux client in some RHEL 5.xx and when we launch the install some of the servers show the error “The Script cannot guess the OS” and “The report script execution failed”. In the environment there is a lot of servers with the same characteristics that install the client just fine, so we’re clueless about what could produce this error.

It’s there any way to debug the installation scripts and identify the problem?

A little more information may help troubleshoot this. Are you using an account that requires sudo access? If so, can you check and ensure that !requiretty is set in sudoers?
