Debug Menu not appear

Hello Bigfix

I’m not able to enable the Debug menu in my Cosole window even after pressing the Key " Alt+Ctrl+Shift+D" with master operator account

can any one help in this ? should i do any thing else ?

Are you using a really old version of BigFix?

And are you using a remote desktop connection? (it should still work with remote desktop, but it might be somehow swallowing the keystrokes).

i’m using BigFix ver 7

and yes , i’m connecting to the Bigfix server using Remote desktop connection

do i have to check for something ?

Is it possible that someone disabled your debug menu? There is an advanced deployment option in BES Admin that can be entered to disable the debug menu…

you are right , i added myself this option one year ago and forgot about it !!
