Dead console link for the license key center

Hi forum and happy new year to everyone. Has anyone tried to use the TEM License Key Center link in the License Overview recently and if yes, were you able to access the license key center? When trying to access it I get a page cannot be displayed error ( the URL behind the link is http://tem.subscribenet.com )

The following is a workaround, and the link to the license key centre on that page works for the login page.

This is the complete URL for reference:
