Data is not updating from BigFix DB to ILMT DB

Hi Team,

We are using the Bigfix + ILMT environment.

All the computers are reported to the Bigfix console and active state, but the ILMT Dashboard shows all are inactive.

When we checked the Data Import, the last Data import was Mar 22nd with a success status, but then onwards Data import was not initiated and for doing manually also we are not getting the option to initiate.

Even after restarting the ILMT server also there is no difference, we installed the Bigfix and ILMT on a Linux machine.

Even in temalogs we didn’t see any SQL error please suggest to me how to resolve this.

That’s very little information for us to suggest anything. I think you should either open a Support Ticket so they can work with you and go through your logs, or try restarting the ILMT services or the server itself, then manually trigger a new import, check your import schedules, and see whether the next scheduled import runs as expected.
