Dark mode for Bigfix Console

Dark modes are an option being adopted across varying platforms these days and it would be immensely helpful for those of us with photosensitivity as an accessibility option. Currently using the console is akin to staring into a 60 watt bulb for all the white space present.

Most people in here are Bigfix customers, not HCL employees.
