“Protection Level Agreements (PLAs) are defined by IT and based upon business objectives.” I’m not anything detailing how to define the target goals for your organization, does anyone know how to modify your target goals for PLAs?
It’s not something that HCL has delivered yet, but I think it is safe to say that defining your own PLAs will be happening, otherwise the feature won’t be of much use.
