Customized mailing of web reports

Hi all,

We have a scenario like already we have a custome task which have the relevance like systems which are having less than 1 GB free space. We have created a web report for this task and as stored report.

Suppose today for this task there is no computer applicable and tomorrow if any computer will applicable, it needs to send a mail the corresponding stored report. i.e whenever change in the applicable computers count it need to send mail the report.

Can any one suggest how to complete the task…

In the activity triggers box, match relevance conditions----Bigfix scrript is not working, Is there any scripting language require? I need more detailed information regarding this.

Hi Shiva,

Try this:

  • Create your report that reports applicable computers for your task (sounds like you did this alright).
  • Create a scheduled task with “Generate report on every refresh…” and use “Send email only when report changes” option.

That should do what you want.
