Custom report for when there is a change with a virus status

I need a report that would email us when there is a change in the virus status of a computer. I know there is the standard report for the top 25 virus. We can schedule that, but we don’t want the report throughout the day unless there is a change. Does any know of way to set the report up to only email once a day unless a change has been deteced??

Hi Jay,

Yes - we have our automated report setup utilizing the top 25 report - and it only emails us when there is a new incident. let me gather those details for you.

Here is config for our report. Does this help? This has worked very well for us. And setting for every 5 minutes has provides almost instant notification. If multiple incidents happen in that 5 minute span - they will all be included in only one alert email - which is nice. Let me know if this works for you. - mike
