We recently migrated from version 9x to 10 and in the web reports console there is no longer a “custom” option to input session relevance for web reports. Was this removed or do I need to enable it somewhere?
Are you talking about Custom on the Explore Data page? It is still there on my 10.0.4.32. Also, if you are testing session Relevance you can use the QNA page in Web Reports.

Also, you can check that the Registry Entries for AllowCustomReportCreation and AllUserViewCustom in the following location are both set to 1.
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\BigFix\Enterprise Server \BESReports.
Thank you! The registry value was not set correctly. I can now create custom reports on the new server.
