Hello All,
Recently in our BigFix Console, we’re creating new accounts for all users with their ADM ID’s which would replace their old standard account. Now the problem is we want the custom filters which are in BigFix Console to be transferred from his old BigFix Console profile to the new Profile.
Is there a way to do so ? Please let me know. I’m in urgent need.

You can convert (map) a local or LDAP operator to another account: right click on the old operator and use the context menu.
For batch conversion you can use the BESAdmin command converttoidpoperators

Please have a look, below are the two accounts (old and new). Now clicking on the old account doesn’t give any option to map.
Hi, you don’t have to create the new operator (otherwise it complains it already exists).
Use Convert to LDAP Operator and chose the new operator; this way, all old operator data will be assigned to the new operator.
