I tried to create a custom signature for BigFix agent installed in my system, but it doesn’t work. I need it to be used to calculate the total number of installed BigFix agent in a contract with many different versions and releases. So, could any one please help me with that.
BigFix licensing has its own solution that you are supposed to enable: Activating the license counting process.

I have tried that but that didn’t work and the issue still existed.
You may want to open a support case and get them to review your specifics if the official process is not working for you but as you can imagine you are still better off trying to follow recommended way to get this done than trying to engineer your own.
