Create Shortcut To Support Center

So I am looking at tasking off a process to BigFix that users currently go to a web site to perform now. The only issue is that we have never used BigFix for advertisements, so standard users don’t even know how to access the Support Center for where it’s advertised. So I have two questions:

Is there anyway to create a shortcut on the desktop of all users to launch the BigFix Support Center to see the offer?

Is there a way to have a shortcut directly to an offer?

Thanks for any assistance.

The ClientUI (Support Center) is already running for any user logged in. There is a program on Windows called TriggerClientUI that will bring the ClientUI to the foreground or you can also put the ClientUI always in the tray so a user can just click on that to open the ClientUI, though that should already be there if there is an offer present

  _BESClient_ActionManager_TrayMode
 Type: String
 Version: 7.0
 Platform: Windows
 Default: OffersTray
 Requires Client Restart: NO
Description: "Specifies level of tray functionality - one of
"NoTray", "ActionsTray", "OffersTray", "AlwaysTray". Defaults to "OffersTray".

Thanks Alan, is there any way to have a shortcut point directly at a pending action?

Not really, the available actions or offers are just lists in a dialog so the user will have to navigate there
