Is there a way to create groups to categorize fixlets and tasks?

Also is it possible to sort or view fixlet messages based on the relevant OS?

Mario,

You could use custom sites to group content. Custom sites act as content ‘buckets’. You choose what content goes in them and who is allowed to read/write to the content. Note that when you put content in to custom site, a copy of the original is made. There is more information on custom sites in the BES Administrators Guide and the BES Console Operators Guide here:
