Could not find fixlet for L2 check for windows 2016 CIS

Hi

We had enable the CIS Checklist for Windows 2016 MS
We got all the L1 checklist, but we did not see any (L2) checklist.

Is there a reason the L2 checklist is not included in BigFix?
