Just an FYI for anyone trying to silently install 9.5 server components on a Linux server

For silent install on Linux you must also include new required fields in the response file as of 9.5:
CREDENTIAL_USER_FIRSTNAME="First"
CREDENTIAL_USER_LASTNAME="Last"
PVK_KEY_SIZE="Max"
ENCODE_VALUE="1252"
