I have two desktops PC1 & PC2 and in pc1 i have this file in “c:\program files\Examples\Test.conf” which i want to be copied onto the same drive path in PC2. This needs it to be done via bigfix. Kindly help me out in finding a suitable action script for the same.

Hi Ryel,
Is this a one time thing? Can you move the file from PC1 to the server and then distribute it to all the computers or do you need to copy it directly?

Yes these files can be moved to the server and then distributed from there on.

Hi ryel,
I suggest you move the test.conf to the BigFix Server manually and then deploy it with the software distribution wizard (and add one extra line to the actionscript to move it to the right location on disk)…
